Shipping policy
Delivery times
The aim is to ship an order the same day, but it can take up to three working days during high season. All goods are shipped from our premises, House of Helsinglight, in Vattlång, Hälsingland, Sweden. We primarily ship with DHL and then the order needs to be made before 11 am so that we have the opportunity to send out the same day. Do you yourself choose Postnord as a shipping option and wish it to be sent the same day, the order must be placed before 7:30 a.m. so that we can meet their cut-off times for submission, which is 9 a.m. at the latest.
Normal shipping times:

For large and heavier shipments, an extra shipping cost is added.
Shipping delays
We handle our orders as quickly as possible. Please note that orders are processed during business hours. Customs and other authorities may, where applicable, extend the delivery time.
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us via email support@helsinglight.com.
Our agents
We use a shipping service called fraktjakt.se to keep shipping prices down and these are our delivery agents:
- DHL Servicepoint for Agents (Individuals and Companies) (National/EU/International)
- DHL Parcel to business address (Not Private) (National/EU/International)
- Postnord (National/EU/International) In some cases, we send smaller shipments with Postnord as regular mail. Delivery takes place to a mailbox or the nearest Postnord agent.
- UPS (EU/International)
- FedEX (EU/International)
